Bone Broth Braised Greens


Serves 2

1 Bunch kale, collards, or chard (your preference) – de-stemmed, and thinly chopped 

1/4 Onion, thin sauté slice

2 Cloves garlic, minced (sea tangle is my favorite brand) 

1/2 Lemon

2 Tbs nutritional yeast

2 Tbs olive oil

Salt/pepper to taste

1/2 Cup Wishbone Broth


  1. In a large pan, heat the oil on medium heat and sauté the onions. 
  2. Once the onions are lightly caramelized add in the greens. Cover and allow to wilt for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir and add the salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic and nutritional yeast. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant but not burning. 
  4. Pour in the Wishbone Broth and set on a low simmer for 5 minutes. 
  5. Enjoy as a side dish for any meal of the day!
