Bone Broth Brown Rice

Ingredients:

Serves 4

1 Cup brown rice

2 Cups Wishbone Broth 

1 Pinch salt 

Directions:

  1. In a wide, shallow pot with a tight-fitting lid, bring rice, broth, and salt to a boil. Cover, and reduce to a slow, steady simmer. Cook on low for 30 minutes. 
  2. Let the cooked rice sit off the stove for 10 minutes, covered, to absorb maximum moisture; then remove the lid, and fluff the grains with a fork.
  3. Enjoy alongside your favorite veggies or topped with a poached egg. *this recipe is also great in a rice cooker set to the brown rice setting. 
  4. Enjoy!
